Quick disclaimer

As you read this, you'll begin to notice moments where it speaks directly to your situation.

Don't rush past those moments. Sit with them. The people who get the most from this aren't the ones who read it fastest. They're the ones who read it like it was written specifically for them.

Because it was

Let's be honest

I'm guessing this isn't the first productivity thing you've read.

If the others didn't work — it's not your fault. Nearly all of them miss the root of the problem entirely.

If you're worried you can't remove stress and get back control —

We can put those fears to rest.

You can, you just need the right process.

Other productivity companies lie

They want you to believe you need long processes, entire books, or some expensive tool.

It's not true.

If you've ever thought most productivity products are a fad —

You'd be right.

The difference with us is we truly want to get you back your control because we've been where you are and know how tough it is.

The story

A few short years ago, I was in a similar place to you.

I just wanted to feel in control.

To be the person who got things done. Who ended the day satisfied rather than guilty. That person existed. I'd seen them show up. Just not consistently. And I had no idea why.

I use to believe...

I was an unorganised person.

I had evidence. Calendars I stopped using. To-do lists that multiplied without getting shorter. Habits I built and broke and rebuilt and broke again.

I had "tried everything"

But none of it worked.

Calendars. To-do lists. YouTube productivity videos. Habit changes. Productivity books.

Same person. Different experience.

I had days where I was amazing. And days where I couldn't do anything. Completely different experience.

So I told myself a story.

"I'm lazy. I'm disorganised. This is just who I am."

One evening, everything changed.

I sat down with my notebook.

And I wrote down the question that had been running in the background for months.

I wrote

"Why am I so unorganised and lazy?"

Usually I'd feel the sting of it and reach for my phone. This time I didn't.

Instead I wrote something underneath it.

"I'm not. Here are all the reasons why."

And I just wrote. Everything I could think of. I didn't stop until there was nothing left.

When I put the pen down, something had shifted.

I felt light.

Not motivated. Not positive. Just light. The resistance was gone. The stress had disappeared. I felt in control — and I hadn't changed a single thing about my workload.

I realised...

The stress wasn't coming from my work.

It was coming from the story I was telling about my work.

I'd been bad at managing my thoughts.

I hadn't been bad at doing my work.

I worked tirelessly...

I refined what I'd done into a simple 3-step process.

I did it every day — not as a big event. Just a small 2-minute daily practice. With every completion the resistance got quieter. The heavy weeks became manageable. The stress got lighter.

I called it...

The Reframer.

Because that's exactly what it does. It reframes how you see your work — and yourself.

You're ready to experience control

It is just a simple daily practice away...

This isn't a new idea. Cognitive reframing is backed by peer-reviewed research published in Oxford Academic and JAMA Psychiatry. The difference is we've made it just two minutes, and built into a journal that fits in your pocket.

You're not alone

The last few years I've seen this work for people just like you.

People who had tried everything. Who thought the problem was them. It wasn't. It never was. They just needed the right process.

You're ready

Let me show you exactly how it works.
